We are very happy to be working with the Main Contractor, Farrans Construction on the delivery of this major new Local Authority waste management facility in Keynsham.

Work started in early summer this year and is due for completion in October 2023.  This is a major development providing a complete waste management facility for the Bath area. The site provides for the processing and recycling of both domestic and commercial waste, as well as a new vehicle servicing and MOT facility for the Council’s vehicle fleet, plus supporting offices, staff facilities and well as various other support facilities such as a salt storage barn and substation – along with all the associated infrastructure and landscaping work.

Work is progressing well on site and the main infrastructure is now complete as well as the structural framing of all the main buildings on the site. 

We have built a complete BIM model of the site and all the buildings, and are working closely with Farrans on the procurement and delivery of all the subcontract packages required to bring the project in on time and budget.
