Lucy Smith Associate RIBA ARB

Lucy joined Designscape in 2013 following an international placement at EDDEA Arquitectos in Seville. She graduated from The University of Portsmouth in 2007 and again in 2011 achieving her degree and diploma in Architecture. Whilst working at Designscape she completed her Part 3 studies to become a fully qualified Architect in 2015 and in January 2017 was promoted to Associate.

Working as Project Architect on bespoke construction management contracts and administering the construction stages of new build Chilliswood she utilises BIM modelling to generate both 3D images and construction information. Lucy continues to promote and develop 3D CAD and collaborative working in her latest projects and has been published in the 'BIM Book' on Innovation in 3D Vectorworks

More recently Lucy has been working on the design and masterplan for a new Resource Recovery Park which will produce energy from waste, significantly reducing the waste currently being put into landfill site.
